SOP: Update Online Sale Prices, Featured Items, and Discount Visibility for Gather Juice Co.

Objective

This SOP explains how to update online sale prices for featured products, schedule sale expiration, and confirm that the correct items appear in Featured Items for both POS and online ordering. It ensures discounts display correctly on the website and can be applied properly in the POS system.

Key Steps

1. Open the Item Library and filter the relevant products 0:00

• From the home screen, go to Items and Services.
• Open Items > Item Library.
• Filter or sort the list to show only:
  • Cold-pressed juice
  • Salads
  • Snack plates
• This makes it easier to update only the items included in the promotion.

2. Apply the first online sale price update 0:35

• Select the items that share the same original price so they can be updated together.
• If items do not share the same price, update them separately.
• For the grouped items:
  • Open Actions
  • Select Update online sale price
  • Enter the new sale price
• For the day’s discount example:
  • Apply $2 off by setting the price to $8
• Choose to make the change effective right away.
• Review the update, then click Update to save.
